• You will receive an email confirmation from SERI’s license agreement and you can obtain the minimum requirements for obtaining the certification.
• Choose a SERI approved certification body and conduct the audit to issue the certificate. There are about seven approved bodies to certify the companies to R2:2-13 which is a three year commitment.
• Internal audits needs to be conducted to check for the relevant references, and formal training to validate the data destruction processes.
• Formal audits are conducted to check the conformity of organization on a daily basis.
• Interim reports are generated and corrective actions are taken by the organization with the help of auditor
• Finally, once you confirm with the completion of stage-two audit process, the organisation can be issued with R2 certificate.
